On April 25, 2008 we inaugurated our brand new kitchen - a professionally  equipped culinary space  dedicated to everyone who loves to cook and eat. Located inside our villa, it  opens into a terrace with a gorgeous view of the Tuscan countryside. It’s a  paradise for the senses.  
          
Our inaugural  course was held for a special  Mother/Daughter group brought to us by our good friend Terry and Debra of Terenzio  Tours. This inaugural cooking course focused on various Chianti Kitchen  classics. Click on the names to download recipes.

            This magnificent kitchen is the product of many months of painstaking work under Seamus’ and  Patrizia’s direction whose goal was to create a warm and functional space for doing cooking lessons. Every detail was  chosen with great care and attention to students comfort and easy learning.
